Welcome to Brick Ridge Fire. We currently operate out of 3 stations and have a total of 5 Engines, 2 Mid-Mount Towers, 1 Mobile Command Center, 2 Brush Trucks and 1 1st. Response Vehicle. We provide support to our community for any type of Emergency. We also are a mutual Aid department for several nearby communities. We are a mixed Volunteer and Paid Department. Currently we have 8 paid full-time firefighters and are filled in by 30 Volunteers. |

Some of the highlights we like to put emphasis on is Our Fire
Prevention Program. Every year we have the area schools come
to our stations to learn about Fire Safety, We also travel to
various locations though out the Community to teach Fire Prevention.
We just received a Grant allowing our department to purchase a Mobile
Fire Prevention Trailer and Vehicle to Tow it. Our plan is to
have it in operation by October 2008. Some other Great News for our department is Station 3 has been remodeled and new paint added. We change the 2 apparatus responding from there to a new paint scheme with a building carrying the same scheme. Be sure to check out the station pictures to see it. This year we have taken delivery on 2 new pieces of apparatus also. We purchased a 2008 Brick Ridge Apparatus Brush Truck and also a Brick Ridge Apparatus Engine. With these 2 new additions to the fleet we are able to provide better protection to our community. Thank You Firematically Yours Russ Jr. |
